Our Story
Sofia has been working in pastry since 2014, when she began her formal training and built a strong technical foundation. From early on, her focus went beyond creativity developing a way of working based on precision, consistency, and high standards.
Bari Bake House was created from that mindset: a boutique bakery in Orlando designed to deliver not just beautiful cakes, but a reliable and well-structured experience behind every order.
Today, we create custom cakes and desserts for birthdays, weddings, and special events, serving both locals and visitors combining design, quality, and execution with the same level of detail in every project.
