Refund policy

All of our cakes are made to order and handcrafted, which means each order is unique.

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all custom cake orders. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to pickup or delivery. Orders are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

 

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a reschedule or refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds will be issued once production has begun or the order has been completed.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Bari Bake House is not responsible for any damage caused during transport, handling, or storage. If a third-party courier (such as Uber) is used, we are not responsible for the condition of the order during transit.

 

While we always aim to match designs as closely as possible, slight variations in color, detail, and overall finish may occur. Reference images are used as inspiration, but each cake is an original creation.

 

We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, eggless, and vegan options. Please note that all products are made in a shared kitchen, so cross-contamination may occur. For severe allergies, we recommend ordering from a bakery that specializes exclusively in your specific dietary needs.
