Our cakes
Our cakes are offered in three single-tier sizes: 6", 8", and 10" in diameter, with heights typically ranging between 5" and 7" depending on the flavor.
For a more elevated option, our two-tier cake combines an 8" base tier with a 6" top tier, reaching an overall height of approximately 12" to 14", also depending on the chosen flavor.

Ordering
All custom cake orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before pickup or delivery.
Please note that your order is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Yes, we do accept last-minute orders.

All cakes available on our website can be ordered with as little as 2 days notice.
For fully customized or themed cakes, we ideally recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance. However, depending on our availability, we may be able to accommodate orders with shorter notice.

We require a minimum of 5 working days’ notice for non-custom cakes and cupcakes, and7 working days for custom cake orders.
Both buttercream and fondant cakes should be kept refrigerated. For best texture and flavor, remove the cake from the fridge about 1–2 hours before serving
Always hold the box from the bottom, never from the sides.
Transport your cake on a flat, stable surface, ideally the trunk (as long as it gets A/C) or the floor of your car, not on a seat and never on your lap, as body heat can affect the cake.
Keep it level at all times and avoid sudden stops or sharp turns. Make sure the car is cool (A/C on), especially in warm weather, and keep the cake inside its box until you reach your destination.
Once you arrive, place it in the fridge and take it out about 1–2 hours before serving.
Customers must ensure that all delivery information provided is correct and complete.
Once the cake has been collected or successfully delivered, Bari Bake House is not liable for any damage resulting from handling, transportation, or storage.
If a third-party courier (such as Uber) is arranged for pickup,Bari Bake House is not responsible for the handling or condition of the order during transit.

Yes! We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, eggless, and vegan cakes.
Please note that all products are prepared in a shared kitchen, so cross-contamination may occur. If you have severe allergies, we recommend ordering from a bakery that specializes exclusively in your specific dietary requirement.
Orders canceled more than 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund.
As all of our products are made to order, no refunds can be issued once production has begun or the order has been completed.
Every cake we create is custom-made and crafted by hand. Because of this, small differences in color, design details, and overall finish may occur from one order to another.
We’re happy to use reference images for inspiration, but please keep in mind that each cake is an original creation and may vary slightly based on design interpretation and available materials.
